About The Role:
Candrone is seeking a strategy‑driven Digital Marketing Manager who can own full‑funnel marketing programs end to end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment and is excited to build scalable marketing systems from the ground up.

You will develop integrated campaigns, manage paid channels, optimize SEO/SEM, oversee marketing automation, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact across B2B, B2C, and government segments. This is a high‑ownership role with the opportunity to influence strategy, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full‑funnel marketing campaigns from strategy through optimization and reporting.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate asset delivery across email, paid media, social, organic, and course launches.
  • Plan and optimize SEO and SEM initiatives; manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social to improve CAC, ROAS, and pipeline performance.
  • Build and test high‑converting landing pages and maintain website updates, Shopify product pages, promotions, and accurate Shopify–HubSpot syncing.
  • Create and optimize HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture sequences, and biweekly promotional emails.
  • Use SEMrush for keyword tracking, site audits, competitive research, and monthly performance insights.
  • Build dashboards in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Shopify; diagnose issues and present actionable recommendations.
  • Define campaign messaging, audience targeting, and creative direction, ensuring alignment with personas and strategy.
  • Execute ABM programs for priority enterprise and government accounts and support Sales with workflow‑aligned outreach.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, CTAs, emails, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve funnel efficiency.
  • Lead Thinkific course launch strategy, build landing pages and email sequences, track enrollments, and support Sales in leveraging course content.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategy.
  • Startup or scale‑up experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush or similar SEO/competitive intelligence tools.
  • Experience building and maintaining lead scoring models.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience building dashboards and interpreting funnel data.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise, government, or technical industries is an asset.
  • Experience briefing and managing contractors or creative partners is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Compensation package:
  • Competitive salary: $80,000 – $85,000
