About The Role
Candrone is on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is critical to driving predictable lead generation, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring seamless marketing automation across platforms. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer acquisition and retention.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Candrone, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our marketing engine and fueling revenue growth. This is not just about running campaigns—it’s about owning the entire customer journey and creating strategies that convert awareness into long-term loyalty. You’ll combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to design and execute marketing initiatives that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Management: Build and optimize workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture sequences to drive engagement and conversion.
- Shopify & CRM Integration: Ensure accurate data sync between Shopify and HubSpot, launch promotional campaigns, and optimize product pages for e-commerce growth.
- Digital Campaign Management (SEO, SEM, Paid Media): Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies, manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social), and develop high-converting landing pages.
- Lead Generation & Growth Marketing: Drive predictable lead generation across key verticals and personas, and continuously analyze performance to improve funnel efficiency.
- Marketing Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards in HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Power BI; provide actionable insights on CAC, ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support targeted campaigns for strategic accounts using LinkedIn, email, and retargeting strategies.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Plan and execute A/B tests across channels, monitor results, and implement a “test → learn → scale” approach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Shopify, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and dashboard creation.
- Experience marketing to enterprise or technical industries (SaaS, hardware, telecom, robotics, UAV) is an asset.
Compensation package:
- Competitive salary: $60,000– $70,000
